Autumn Blog Hop w/ Crate Paper

Hello, girls!

It´s time to have some more fun at Crate Paper blog.

Yes, we´re having a blog hop!
We are inviting you to visit our desgners´s blogs (there´s an ordered list at Crate Paper´s blog for you to follow) in which you´ll find lots of inspirational techiniques!
In each of the listed blogs you will also collect "letters".
By the time you have finished visiting everyone's blog and have collected all the letters, you should have a phrase that you have to e-mail to  info@cratepaper.com in order to have a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to Scrapbook.com!!
Wow!

So, let´s see what I have for you - A "thankful for making Art canvas tag".
If it wasn’t for art, I’d be resigned to live the life others expected from me, to fulfill the expectations from the society with boring tasks and obligations, driving a mediocre life.
At the moment, however, I find myself in a paintbrush, feeling the water adding color to my works of Art, as if the color were added to my life. It’s like if I let my imagination and all that I keep under "lock nd key" inside myself take its free and beautiful flight.

Supplies:
Restoration Rub on
CP Restoration Lace Paper
School Spirit and Snow Day Chipboards Accents
Mini Book Sheeets
Turquoise Acrylic Paint
Gesso
Brush
Sponge aplicator
Sewing Machine
Heat Gun
Distress Ink (Ranger)
Canvas Tag (Donna Downey)
Distrezz-it-All Machine (Zutter)

Tag -Step-by-step instructions

First, apply one coat of gesso on a canvas tag

Let it dry or use the heat gun

Then add a coat of turquoise acrylic paint.

On the edges of your tag, use some Dusty Concord distress ink and a little bit of watercolor. Add some water and let the ink get mixed.

Cut two playing cards from CP Lace Paper

Distress the edges. I used the Distrezz-it-All machine by Zutter to a well done work.

Join the two cards and the painted canvas tag.

Sew them

Aplly Restoration rub on.

Observe it

And get the mini book sheets prepared.

Crease them

Open them

Use a sponge aplicator and add some color w/ a distress ink pad

Glue it to the tag, adding the photo

Now you have only to put them together with the chipboards and the Crate Paper Brad
Here it is!

Now, find your letter in my sidebar and go back to Crate Paper´s blog to find out which CP girl blog you have to visit next!
Thank you so much for stopping by!
See you!

E desgaste/ distresse as bordas. Eu usei a máquina Distrezz-it-All da Zutter para um trabalho bem acentuado.
Observem
Junte suas duas cartas de baralho e a tag em canvas pintada
Costure-os
Aplique o rub on da coleção restoration
E prepare folhas de mini livros
Amasse-as
E passe carimbeira distress
Cole à tag, adicionando a foto. Falta só encaixar chipboards e o Brad da Crate Paper.
É isso
Espero que tenham gostado.
